We started Property Shine with a clear goal: to build a home service company known for convenience, efficiency, and friendliness.

Too often, homeowners deal with rushed work, missed appointments, or unclear pricing. We saw an opportunity to do things the right way, even if that meant starting small and earning trust just one home at a time.

While Property Shine is a young business, our standards are not. We show up when we say we will, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing the work from start to finish. We treat every property as if it were our own.
