About Property Shine

I grew up in San Jose and I'm still here. I started Property Shine while going to school at SJSU after coming across some content online about starting a window cleaning business. It seemed almost too simple, but I went for it anyway.

The goal was never to just make some extra cash. I wanted to build an actual company, something I could be proud of and grow over time. Property Shine is young but we don't treat it that way. We take the work seriously, we show up when we say we will, and we're not happy with the job unless you are.

We serve homeowners across San Jose, Saratoga, Los Gatos, and the rest of the greater South Bay. If you want spotless windows from a local company that actually cares, we'd love to work with you.
